Maxandsons. does not accept refunds or exchanges. 

We do not accept returns or refunds on all coffee products. If you have any questions regarding our coffee, please contact us at inquiries@maxandsons.coffee, we are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have. 

 


Damaged:

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at inquiries@maxandsons.coffee with the order confirmation email, contact information, a short description of the defective problem and photograph of the defective item. We will contact you with information on how we will process your return. However, we will not refund the original shipping fees of your order.
